Harmoney Collective — Terms and Conditions

I agree that my participation in the Harmoney Collective is subject to the following terms and conditions (the Agreement), all of which I accept and will observe:

1. I agree to participate in the Harmoney Collective to the best of my ability and to comply with all reasonable instructions and directions of Harmoney Australia Pty Ltd (Harmoney).

2. In consideration for my participation in the Harmoney Collective, I irrevocably grant full title in any and all intellectual property rights (including copyright and moral rights) and other rights of whatever nature arising from my participation in, and contributions to, the Harmoney Collective (the Contributions), and I acknowledge and agree that Harmoney has sole and exclusive ownership and rights to use such Contributions (for example, but not limited to, using such Contributions to improve its customer experience) without attribution.

3. I acknowledge that I will not be remunerated for my participation in, and contributions to, the Harmoney Collective.

4. I acknowledge that I may have access to information that is proprietary and confidential to Harmoney or its related parties, suppliers, and other third parties, and I agree to keep all information confidential, and only use information for the purpose of participating in the Harmoney Collective.

5. I acknowledge that Harmoney makes no warranties or representations regarding the Harmoney Collective.

6. I agree to waive all claims, rights, demands and interests I may have arising in relation to my participation in, and contributions to, the Harmoney Collective.

7. These terms and conditions are subject to, and governed by, the laws of Australia.
