Tell us a bit about yourself and your journey to Harmoney.

I came to Harmoney from a background in SaaS Product Management, Sales, and Customer Experience; having spent over 5 years in the Proptech and Edtech industries. It's been perfect launchpad for diving into Delivery, which touches all areas of the business.

Why did you decide to join Harmoney?

What captured me about Harmoney was the 'startup' culture where innovation is encouraged and there are very few hurdles to getting great ideas into customers' hands. Things move fast here and that's the environment I thrive in.

What’s your role at Harmoney, and what does a typical day look like?

As the Head of Delivery no two days are the same - while my core role is to work with the delivery team to bridge the gap between product and engineering, you'll also find me working closely with Finance, Marketing and Customer Support to figure out how we can constantly optimise how dev works at Harmoney.

What’s it like working at Harmoney?

Super supportive environment, very interesting and complex problems, and great team 'vibes'!

What’s been your proudest moment at Harmoney so far?

It's hard to narrow down - I'm extremely proud that we've been able to dramatically improve team velocity to an average of 2.33 releases per developer per week. This was a key driver of our ability to build & release Stellare 2.0 to New Zealand, and complete a complex data-migration all within only a few months.

How has Harmoney supported your growth and development?

From Day 1 I've had the freedom and flexibility to be creative in how I lead the team and solve problems - enabling me to drive the results that are important to the business.
