Why is the payment I have made on my loan not updated on my account?

Each payment method has a different timeframe for when the payment will be updated on your account.

Payment Method: ​Pay ID: It should reflect within 24 hours to reflect on the customer's account.
Credit Card Payment: It takes 2 to 3 business days for the payment to reflect on the account.
Direct Debit: This payment takes 2 to 4 business days to reflect on the customer's account.
