Why am I paying a different rate to the rates published on your website?

The interest rates we publish on our website only apply to new loans. From time to time, we may change our interest rates for new loans.

These rates do not apply to existing loans, as the interest rate was fixed at the time the loan agreement was entered into.

If you are eligible to borrow more, your application will be assessed with our most current evaluation criteria. Your interest rate and borrowing limit may differ from your previous loan, based on your current financial situation.
