How can I cancel my application?

You can cancel at any stage. Before you enter into a loan contract, you can cancel easily by heading to your dashboard and looking for the "cancel quote" or "cancel application" button at the bottom of your summary. (Note: If your quote status is "quote in review" or you don't see a button, please contact us.)

If you have signed the loan contract but have not yet received the funds, you can terminate the contract, although you may be responsible for any fees or charges incurred up to that point.

Even once you have received the funds, you can make a full, fee-free repayment at any time to close the loan by making a manual payment using the PayID information on your dashboard.
