Can you delete my information?

Unfortunately, we cannot delete all of your information from our systems, as it is required for various lawful purposes (including meeting our record-keeping obligations, for example under responsible lending, AML/CTF, and tax laws). However, please be assured that the information is securely held, will only be used for the purposes for which it was collected, and will be destroyed or de-identified in due course, in accordance with our obligations.
