I'm having trouble entering the details of the debt to be paid, as my bank only appears to allow me to transfer from my account to pay it.

If your creditor has confirmed that they will allow us to send you the funds for you to send the closing payment to them, please provide us with a written confirmation from your creditor confirming that they do not have details for us to make payments to. Without this communication, we will have to send funds directly to your creditors.
